Challenges are huge, so do the returns; that is the pharmaceutical sector! The world is not looking for just pharmacist, but quality pharmacist. It is true, that in the present scenario there is an imbalance between the outsourced candidates and the requirement. Currently, India is in the 4th position in Pharmaceutical industry globally by volume, and Indian health care sector is going to hit $ 280 billion by 2020. But still many organizations are not able to find the right person for the right job, a kind of un-employability rather than unemployment. My role as the head of Sanjo College of Pharmaceutical Studies is to generate candidates who can meet the requirements of pharmaceutical companies, academics, hospitals, data processing and other allied fields of health sector.
The days have gone, where just a certificate is enough to get a job. In today’s competitive world, soft skills and proper communication are the major pillars not only for employment but also for promotion and reorganization. My team and I at Sanjo College of Pharmaceutical Studies have dedicated ourselves in pursuit of quality education and job oriented training programmes for our students.
Our campus is student’s friendly and ragging free which is monitored round the clock by dedicated staff as well as security system. We have a well defined operational procedure of administration to nullify errors, communication gap, well designed faculty recruitment process and state of art laboratories open to all students. My faculty are properly trained on handling their wards in a professional way and are updated of their job responsibilities which makes them clear of what to do and what not to. After all, achievement of our students is our success. I am glad to chair as the Principal of Sanjo College of Pharmaceutical Studies because the support and futuristic views of my management is remarkable. From the bottom of my heart, I wish all success for my students and faculty who will be the brand ambassadors of Sanjo College of Pharmaceutical Studies! Join us to become the winning team.
